We invite you to join our church family as we memorize these Scriptural promises and commands.
The purpose of this discipline is primarily to help us remember what God has said, and where to find it in the Bible. Please take the time to read the entire verse and more importantly, to obey it! The Holy Spirit will help us.

Command
If I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. - 1 Corinthians 13:1

If I have the gift of prophecy, but do not have love, I am nothing.

Love... bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. - 1 Corinthians 13:7

Love never fails; but if there are gifts of prophecy, they will be done away with; - 1 Corinthians 13:8a

If there are tongues, they will cease; if there is knowledge, it will be done away. - 1 Corinthians 13:8(b)
