We invite you to join our church family as we memorize these Scriptural promises and commands.
The purpose of this discipline is primarily to help us remember what God has said, and where to find it in the Bible. Please take the time to read the entire verse and more importantly, to obey it! The Holy Spirit will help us.

What is Man that You remember Him?

Because of the suffering of death, Jesus was crowned with glory and honor.

By the grace of God Jesus tasted death for everyone.

He perfected Jesus, the author of their salvation through sufferings.

Jesus is not ashamed to call them brethren.
Command
I will proclaim Your name to My brethren; I will put My trust in God.

Jesus Himself partook of the same flesh and blood.

Through death Jesus rendered powerless the Devil who had the power of death.
Promise
Jesus freed those who, through fear of death, were subject to slavery all their lives.
Promise
God gives help to the descendant of Abraham.
Promise
Jesus had to be made like His brethren in all things.
Promise
Jesus became a merciful and faithful high priest.
Promise
Jesus was tempted in that which He has suffered.
Promise
Jesus is able to come to the aid of those who are tempted.
Command
Consider Jesus, the Apostle and High Priest of our confession.
Promise
He was faithful to the One who appointed Him.
Promise
God is the builder of everything.
Promise
Christ was faithful as a Son over God’s house.
Command
Encourage one another daily, as long as it is called today.
Command
We share in Christ if we hold firmly the assurance to the end.
Command
Today if you hear His voice, do not harden your hearts.
Promise
There remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God.
Command
The one who has entered God’s rest has rested from his works.
Command
Let us be diligent to enter that rest.
Promise
The word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword.
Promise
All things are open to the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.
Command
Since we have a great High Priest, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession.
Promise
We have a High Priest who has been tempted in all things as we are, yet without sin.
Command
Let us draw near with confidence to the throne of grace.
Promise
We will receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
