We invite you to join our church family as we memorize these Scriptural promises and commands.
The purpose of this discipline is primarily to help us remember what God has said, and where to find it in the Bible. Please take the time to read the entire verse and more importantly, to obey it! The Holy Spirit will help us.
Promise
So do not worry about tomorrow; for tomorrow will care for itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.
Command
Do not judge so that you will not be judged.
Promise
Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
Command
In everythingУ treat people the same way you want them to treat you.
Command
The gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it.
Command
You will know them by their fruits.
Command
Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven
Promise
But he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter.
Promise
Jesus stretched out His hand and touched him, saying, I am willing; be cleansed.
Command
Why are you afraid, you men of little faith?
Promise
Then He got up and rebuked the winds and the sea, and it became perfectly calm.
Promise
Take courage, son; your sins are forgiven.
Command
But go and learn what this means: 'I desire compassion, and not sacrifice,'

for I did not come to call the righteous, but sinners.
Promise
Daughter, take courage; your faith has made you well.
Promise
Jesus said to them, Do you believe that I am able to do this? They said to Him, Yes, Lord.

Plead with the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into His harvest.

Freely you received, freely give.
Promise
The one who endures to the end will be saved.

Don't be afraid of those who want to kill your body; they cannot touch your soul.

Fear only God, who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

Everyone who confesses Me before men, I will also confess him before My Father who is in heaven.
Command
He who loves father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; and he who loves son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me.

Whoever does not take his cross and follow after Me is not worthy of Me.
Command
If you cling to your life, you will lose it; but if you give up your life for me, you will find it.
Promise
If you receive righteous people because of their righteousness, you will be given a reward like theirs.

If you give even a cup of cold water to one of the least of my followers, you will surely be rewarded.
Command
Blessed is the one who is not offended by Me.

You have hidden these things from the wise and intelligent and have revealed them to infants.

Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.

My yoke is easy and My burden is light.

A battered reed He will not break off, And a smoldering wick He will not put out.

Every careless word that people speak, they shall give an accounting for it in the day of judgment.

Anyone who does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother!

For whoever has, to him more shall be given, and he will have an abundance.

But blessed are your eyes, because they see; and your ears, because they hear.

The cares of the world choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful.

He did not do many miracles there because of their unbelief.

After He had sent the crowds away, He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray.

Every plant which My heavenly Father did not plant shall be uprooted.

Anyone who welcomes a little child on My behalf is welcoming Me.

Woe to the one through whom the stumbling block comes!

See that you do not despise one of these little ones.
